Cowingene Diarrhea Virus Panel 6 Detection Kit (Liquid)
Intented Use
The Cowingene Diarrhea Virus Panel 6 Detection Kit (GI 6 Detection Kit) is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of RNA from Norovirus GI (NoV-GI), Norovirus GII (NoV-GII), Adenovirus (AdV), Sapovirus (SV), Astrovirus (AstV), Rotavirus Group 4 (RVG4) in patient specimens. The test utilizes amplification of target RNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of NoV-GI, NoV-GII, RVG4, SV, AdV, AstV in two analysis. The test specifically identifies NoV-GI, NoV-GII, RVG4, SV, AdV and AstV.
