The HBV/HCV/HIV Detection Kit is a test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in patient specimens. The test utilizes amplification of target RNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of HBV, HCV and HIV in a single analysis. The test specifically identifies HBV, HCV and HIV.

STORAGE AND HANDLING REQUIREMENTS
A. Reagents can be stored at≤-20℃ for 18 months
B. Do not use reagents past expiration date indicated on outside of package
C. Protect from light
D. No freeze-thawing for more than 5 cycles
E. Transport reagent below -20℃.
F. Once opened, reagent is valid for 30 days at ≤-20℃
G. Prior to use, remove reagents from freezer and allow them to thaw at least 30 minutes at room temperature
H. Vortex reagents prior to each use
I. Do not store in frost free freezer
