Intented Use

The Cowingene Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 Detection Kit (HLA-B27 Detection Kit) is a real-time PCR test kit for the detection of Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 in whole blood samples. HLA-B27 is strongly associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and other related inflammatory diseases, such as Psoriasis, Inflammatory Bowel disease and Reactive Arthritis. Testing for HLA-B27 can aid in early diagnosis and management of these conditions.The HBV/HCV/HIV Detection Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from Hepatitis B Virus(HBV),Hepatitis C Virus(HCV) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in patient specimens. The test utilizes amplification of target RNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of HBV, HCV and HIV in a single analysis. The test specifically identifies HBV, HCV and HIV.

STORAGE AND HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

B. Do not use reagents past expiration date indicated on outside of package
C. Protect from light
D. No freeze-thawing for more than 5 cycles
E. Transport reagent below -20℃.
F. Once opened, reagent is valid for 30 days at ≤-20℃
G. Prior to use, remove reagents from freezer and allow them to thaw at least 30 minutes at room temperature
