The Cowingene Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 Detection Kit (HLA-B27 Detection Kit) is a real-time PCR test kit for the detection of Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 in whole blood. HLA-B27 is strongly associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and other related inflammatory diseases, such as Psoriasis, Inflammatory Bowel disease and Reactive Arthritis. Testing for HLA-B27 can aid in early diagnosis and management of these conditions.

STORAGE AND HANDLING REQUIREMENTS
A. Reagents can be stored at≤ -20℃ for 18 months
B. Do not use reagents past expiration date indicated on outside of package
C. Protect from light
D. No freeze-thawing for more than 5 cycles
E. Transport reagents at 2-8℃ for no longer than 4 days
F. Once opened, reagent is valid for 7 days at 2-8℃
G. Prior to use, remove reagents from freezer and allow them to thaw at least 30 minutes at room temperature
H. Vortex reagents prior to each use
I. Do not store in frost free freezer
