The Cowingene Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 Detection Kit (HLA-B27 Detection Kit) is a real-time PCR test kit for the detection of Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 in whole blood. HLA-B27 is strongly associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and other related inflammatory diseases, such as Psoriasis, Inflammatory Bowel disease and Reactive Arthritis. Testing for HLA-B27 can aid in early diagnosis and management of these conditions.

保管および取り扱い要件
A. Reagents can be stored at≤ -20℃ for 18 months
B. パッケージの外側に記載されている有効期限を過ぎた試薬は使用しないでください。
C. 光から保護する
D. No freeze-thawing for more than 5 cycles
E. 試薬を2～8℃で4日間以内に輸送する
F. 開封後は、試薬は2～8℃で7日間有効です。
G. 使用前に試薬を冷凍庫から取り出し、室温で少なくとも30分間解凍してください。
H. 使用前に試薬をボルテックスする
I. 霜取り不要の冷凍庫に保管しないでください
