Cowingene Respiratory Pathogen Panel Pro Detection Kit（Liquid）
Intented Use
The Cowingene Respiratory Pathogen Panel Pro Detection Kit is a multiplex nucleic acid test kit intended for the simultaneous qualitative detection and identification of multiple respiratory pathogens in human sputum and nasopharyngeal swab specimens.
The test panel consists of six reactions, each targeting a specific set of pathogens:
Reaction 1: Influenza A virus (FluA), Influenza B virus (FluB), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), and Internal Control (IC)
Reaction 2: Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), Adenovirus (AdV), SARS-CoV-2 (SARS2), and Human Metapneumovirus (MPV)
Reaction 3: Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus (HRV/EV), Bocavirus (BoV), and Seasonal Coronaviruses (HCoV-229E, HCoV-OC43, HCoV-NL63)
Reaction 4: Parainfluenza Virus Types 1, 2, 3, and 4 (PIV1, PIV2, PIV3, PIV4)
Reaction 5: Bordetella pertussis (BP), Klebsiella pneumoniae (KP), Haemophilus influenzae (HI), and Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP)
Reaction 6: Staphylococcus aureus (SA), and Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP), Legionella pneumophila (LP), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA)
This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of respiratory tract infections. Results obtained from this assay should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical symptoms, epidemiological information, and other laboratory findings. Negative results do not preclude the possibility of infection and should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
