Cowingene STI Multipleks Tespit Kiti (STI Tespit Kiti), multipleks cinsel yolla bulaşan enfeksiyon patojenlerinin in vitro kalitatif tespiti için tasarlanmıştır ve genitoüriner sistem enfeksiyonları olan hastaların tanı ve tedavisine yardımcı olur. Cinsel yolla bulaşan enfeksiyon (CYBE), küresel halk sağlığı güvenliği için önemli tehditlerden biri olmaya devam etmektedir. Hastalık kısırlığa, erken doğuma, tümörlere ve çeşitli ciddi komplikasyonlara yol açabilir. Bakteriler, virüsler, klamidya, mikoplazma ve spiroketler vb. dahil olmak üzere birçok CYBE patojeni türü vardır. Yaygın türler arasında Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Ureaplasma parvum, Mycoplasma hominis, Herpes simpleks virüsü tip 1, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Herpes simpleks virüsü tip 2, Mycoplasma genitalium, Candida albicans, Treponema pallidum, Gardnerella vaginalis, Trichomonas vaginalis vb. bulunur.
This kit (STI 3 Detection Kit) is intended for the in vitro qualitative detection of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Trichomonal vaginitis (TV) in urine, male urethral swab, female cervical swab, and female vaginal swab samples, and provides aid to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with genitourinary tract infections.
