Cowingene MRSA/SA Detection Kit (NATBox®)
The Cowingene Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 Detection Kit (HLA-B27 Detection Kit) is a real-time PCR test kit for the detection of Human Leukocyte Antigen B27 in whole blood samples. HLA-B27 is strongly associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and other related inflammatory diseases, such as Psoriasis, Inflammatory Bowel disease and Reactive Arthritis. Testing for HLA-B27 can aid in early diagnosis and management of these conditions.

保管および取り扱い要件
A. 試薬は2～8℃で12ヶ月間保存できます。
B. 試薬は2～8℃で15日以内に輸送することができます。
C. 開封後は、溶解バッファー、陽性コントロール、陰性コントロールを2〜8℃で1か月間保存できます。
D. カートリッジに溶解バッファーを加えたら、30分以内に使用してください。
E. パッケージに記載されている有効期限を過ぎた試薬は使用しないでください。
F. 光から保護する
G. 使用前に試薬を冷蔵庫から取り出し、5分間室温に戻してください。
H. 冷凍保存しないでください
